Who you buy from
Animatic is made by Hamsson Commerce, a sole trader in Sweden. Payments are taken by our payment partner, which acts as the reseller: it charges you, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt.
What you get
- A downloadable kit that runs in your own coding agent, on your own computer.
- Every future update to the kit, from the download link in your order email.
- Help by email from a person.
What you need
A computer that runs the kit, your own coding agent with a paid plan, and your own account with a voice service. Those are billed by their providers, not by us, and so is everything it costs to make each video. We do not run those services and cannot promise they stay the same.
Your licence
- The kit is for one person. Install it on your own computers and make as many videos as you like.
- Do not share, resell, publish or give away the kit or its files.
- Do not use the kit to build or train a competing product or service.
- The kit includes software from others under their own licences, listed in the kit. A few of them need a paid licence for larger companies; following them is up to you.
If you break these terms, your licence ends.
Your videos
The videos you make are yours. So is the responsibility for them: check them before you post, make sure you have the rights to anything you add, and follow each platform's rules, including rules on saying a video was made with AI. The kit checks facts against sources, but no tool is perfect. We do not promise views or income.
Price and delivery
You pay once. Prices include VAT where it applies. A launch price ends after the number of buyers shown on the site. The download link arrives right after payment.
Because the kit is delivered at once, you ask for immediate delivery when you buy, and the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content ends when the download starts. Our refund policy still applies.
Liability
The kit is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Law and changes
Swedish law applies; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to purchases made while it is here.
