It runs, or your money back

If Animatic won't run on your computer and we can't fix it together, you get a full refund. Ask within 14 days of buying.

How to ask

• Type /setup in your agent. It checks your computer, fixes what it can, and writes a message for us if it can't.
• Send that message on the support page, with the email you bought with. A person answers.
• If we can't make it run, we refund you in full. It reaches your card within about 5 to 10 days, and your download link stops working.

Other cases

The kit is a download that you receive at once, so we don't refund a change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights as a consumer if something is wrong with what you bought. See the terms.
