Who is responsible

Animatic is run by Hamsson Commerce, a sole trader in Sweden, which is responsible for your personal data. Write to support@getanimatic.com about anything on this page.

What we keep, and why

• When you buy: your email, name, country and order. We use them to deliver the kit, email you when a new version is out, help you, handle refunds and keep the books the law asks for. Your card details go straight to our payment partner; we never see them.
• If you join our updates: your email, to send news about Animatic. Every email has a way to leave, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
• When you write to us: what you send, to answer you.
• When you visit the site: our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site safe. We use no tracking cookies and no ad pixels.

The kit runs on your own computer. We do not receive your topics, scripts, videos or keys.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop for us: our payment partner, our email service and our hosting. They use your data only to provide that service. Some of them may handle data outside the EU, under the safeguards the law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

• Orders: seven years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
• Updates list: until you leave it.
• Emails to us: as long as we need them to help you.
• Technical logs: a short time, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Swedish data protection authority (IMY) or the one where you live.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and its date.
